Welcome to Elite Daily's submissions manager. Please do not send press releases or sponsored content pitches here; those can go to info@elitedaily.com.

Elite Daily is looking for fully-developed pitches that could be a good fit for the site based on tone and content we've run in the past. Full drafts will be requested before a pitch is accepted. All writers should be familiar with Elite Daily's content and voice before submitting.

Please submit your pitch to one of the categories below, and be sure to read the submission details: they vary depending on the category. All submissions should include a potential headline and article summary.

Full drafts are not required, but if you have one, it can be uploaded. If you have previously published clips, a website, or a portfolio, please link to them where indicated.

We try to respond to submissions within 2-3 weeks (and usually do so faster if it's a story tied to a breaking news or pop culture event).

If you are seeking a part-time writing position, you can find all of our current job listings here: https://jobs.lever.co/bustle.

Thank you! We look forward to reading your work.

No Sweat: Lazy Girl Fitness is a content initiative dedicated to all the women who’d rather work out from their (way-too-tiny) apartments or office chairs than take a 6 a.m. spin class. It’s for the women who want to find an exercise routine that doesn’t feel like a chore; for the women who don’t want to blow a huge portion of their paycheck on dizzyingly expensive work-out fads; for the women who wear yoga pants but have never actually done yoga. No Sweat: Lazy Girl Fitness will focus on easy-to-do workouts, no-sweat exercise routines, athleisure, and lazy ways to feel good about yourself, all while staying super body positive and non-pushy.

We’re looking for pitches with a little bit of humor, but also some serviceable information. Think exercises you can do from your couch while watching Netflix or imperceptible stretches you can do from your desk. It’s should be accessible fitness goals for girls who aren’t into fitness and should include some experts, as well as photos.

Each week, we share a story from a reader about a time they were ghosted, complete with a screenshot of the last text(s) the reader sent to the ghoster before they disappeared forever.
